As you can see Disney dominate, with 9 of its parks appear in the top 25 in the World and from our interest, Orlando has 7 in the top 25 with Magic Kingdom proudly sat at the top.
North America Top 20
No surprises that Disney’s Magic Kingdom is king of the castle who saw an amazing 20.4 million people go through its gates actually all of the Disney parks performed superbly Epcot had 11.7 million visitors, Animal Kingdom 10.9 million and Hollywood Studios 10.8 million but the stand out performance is most definitely Universal Studios who with the help of a certain Mr Potter, increased their attendance by a massive 16% to 9.5 million muggles it also had a knock on effect for Islands of Adventure which also increased by 8% to an impressive 8.7 million and that was without the help of The Hulk Coaster!
I believe SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment will be quietly happy with their figures also as their Florida parks all saw an increase in attendance. Tomorrow we’ll take a look how the Water Parks got on.
