My first victim, oops, I mean interviewee is Kelly Morris. Kelly works for us here at Orlando Attraction Tickets in our customer care department.

What was 2013 like?: From a customer service prospective 2013 was very good with virtually no issues. The staff at the parks must be working very hard to please our customer’s. As we continue to offer real gate ready tickets customers actual interaction with our suppliers staff is very minimal.
As a company we’ve grown massively and taken on a lot of new staff, as one of the veterans here (Kelly has been with us for 6 years) I’m able to take on a trainer role which I’ve enjoyed immensely.
Your highlight of 2013?: I was lucky enough to travel to Orlando this year and swim with Dolphins at Discovery Cove, this is something I’ve wanted to do since I was a little girl and so to fulfil this ambition is something I will never forget. Plus I have the pictures to prove it.
Your Best Park 2013?: Without a doubt Discovery Cove. It really is the most relaxing park in Orlando and I can’t rate it highly enough. Oh and not only that…. the booze is included within the price of your ticket. 🙂
Your Best Attraction 2013?: I apologise for repeating myself but Discovery Cove wins again for me. Although you don’t have to swim with the dolphins to enjoy Discovery Cove it really is an amazing experience.
In regards to Theme Parks, what are you most looking forward to in 2014?: Being a bit of a Water ride fanatic (people call me a water baby) I’m looking forward to the new ride, Ihu’s Breakaway Falls opening at SeaWorld’s Aquatica. It promises to be the tallest multi person drop slide in Florida…
Make a 2014 prediction…: With all the new things happening – we will be busier than ever. All I have to say to that is “bring it on”.
