May At Orlando Attraction Tickets

Hey Thrill Seekers,

Late, yes! but at least its here… as promised to Jamie back in January here is this months post looking back at May.

May 2014 has turned out to be the busiest and most successful month we’ve ever had! That’s ever! The company is now in its 11th year of trading and we’ve never had a month like it. Sales with all suppliers were up year on year and with some suppliers we were up by over 40%. We smashed our previous orders and revenue record for a single day 3 times during the month and total unique visitors were up by 15%.

Average delivery time for our standard free delivery did rise slightly but I put that down to the huge rise in demand, April our average time was 3-4 days, May has seen that rise slightly to 5-6 days still quicker than our 7-10 days deadline. Express Delivery is still seeing dispatch within 24 hours.

Reviews over the month of May have been very positive and we#ve held our rating of 9.6 out of 10 for service, all overseen by independent review specialist TrustPilot.

May was dominated by news of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter Diagon Alley, Universal released a lot of exciting teasers including The vision of Diagon Alley, details of the food and beverages you can expect and this little walk around Gringotts.

We were also informed by Busch Gardens that due to manufacturing delays which has prevented full testing, Falcon’s Fury will now open in the summer, which is so disappointing, speaking to the guys at SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment they are gutted but as they put it, the safety of guests is always paramount to them and they wouldn’t risk launching without being happy they’d covered every scenario. Its obviously the right decision…

June looks set to be busy, we were looking to launch a few new surprises but think we’ll have to postpone them and concentrate on the peaks.

Smiles included…

Gavin
