This love letter to the heART of Disney animation transports you in a celebration of life and all of its deliberate, unanticipated movements of Cirque du Soleil’s acrobatic mastery.

Cirque du Soleil Developing New Show For Disney Springs

Hey Thrill Seekers,

As we reported back in March this New Years Eve, the final curtain will drop on “La Nouba”, the show housed at Disney Springs and performed by the amazing Cirque du Soleil.

The popular show has been a Disney stalwart for almost 20 years and many were sad to hear that the show would be ending however yesterday Disney confirmed that Cirque du Soleil were busy developing a new original show.

The show will pay homage to Disney’s rich history of animation, with a vivid story told in a way that only Cirque du Soleil can deliver.

.
Daniel Lamarre, President and CEO of Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, elaborated, stated;

We are incredibly inspired by Disney’s immense creative universe. We are convinced that bringing Disney’s magic to life on stage will touch audiences and bring them back to their childhood.

An opening date for the new show has not been announced yet but we’re expecting confirmation in the first quarter of 2018. We’ll keep you updated when we learn more.
