Our Customers Top Attractions At Disney Vs Louise’s

Hey Thrill Seekers,

Here at Orlando Attraction Tickets we like to know what our customer think about the parks and attractions they’ve experienced. For a couple of years now we’ve been asking our customer to give their opinions on their favourite rides and attractions at each park, today I thought I’d go through the Disney parks and see how my personal favourites match up to the highest rated customer attractions.

Magic Kingdom

Our customers have voted for Space Mountain as their favourite ride at Magic Kingdom. Located in ‘Tomorrowland’ it’s proved to have been the most popular attraction in the park. Customers have said ‘its perfect for everyone’ and thats, ‘It’s ideal for a beginner’ and “Although it’s good for the kids too, hold on tight for a rip-roarin’ ride through the farthest reaches of space and time.”

My favourite ride at Magic Kingdom would have to be Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. I mean, yeah ok Space Mountain is pretty awesome, but my favourite dark ride like that is over at Hollywood Studios! Big Thunder Mountain Railroad reminds me of being a young child going to theme parks with my family and riding the runaway train with my nan as neither of us were tall enough for any other ride! So this one brings me back to my childhood so I was always going to pick this one!

Epcot

Soarin’ is the most popular attraction at Epcot. One customer has described it is ‘A great gentle ride which not only gives you beautiful scenery but also the smells as you glide over pine forests and orange groves.’. I don’t think they could of sold this ride any better! I haven’t actually been on this ride before as the queue was always very long and I don’t have a lot of patience when it’s hot! But that must show how popular Soarin’ is and with the introduction of Disney’s My Magic Plus the queuing might not be an issue anymore.

Mission: SPACE gets my vote at Epcot! I’m not usually one for simulators but this one just blew my mind! I’ve always wanted to go into space so it’s something I was interested in. Without giving too much away, if you want to shoot off into space in a tiny rocket, get on here! Having so many booths on this ride makes the queue move a lot quicker too!

Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios is one of the smaller parks at Disney however customer’s have said ‘quality over quantity’. It seems the best voted attraction here is the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith. The whole experience from the moment you’re in the queue is one of a kind. One customer said ‘the best part of hollywood studios is getting the adrenaline at the beginning of rock n roller coaster’ which pretty much sums it up! I love this ride, the suspense at the beginning waiting for those traffic lights to go green before shooting off into the darkness surrounded by flashing lights and listening to Aerosmith singing in your ears!

There’s no doubt about it, the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster is one of the best rides at Hollywood Studios, however, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror excites me every single time! The story that it tells throughout the queue and the whole ride is truly an amazing experience. I go on this every time I visit and I will be sure to do the same again next year!

Animal Kingdom

Expedition Everest has customer’s describing it as  ‘A great ride and must do for all the family’ so why are we still sitting here waiting? Let’s get on it! If you haven’t already been on this attraction, you are will be in for a surprise with a sudden turn of events! Oooooooh!

Kali River Rapids is a much different experience to many of the other rapids you get a theme park. For starters it’s bigger than the usual 8 seater boat with 12 seats! It’s much bumpier than usual, with more unexpected twists and turns! A great laugh for all! Definitely my favourite!

Expedition Everest

Blizzard Beach

With a vertical drop of 120 feet Summit Plummet is one of the tallest, fastest free-fall drop slides in the world and out customers have voted it number 1 at Blizzard Beach! This attraction has a digital clock which will time you to see what your fastest time of the 360 foot long slide is! If you’re a thrill seeker, get on Summit Plummet!

Both times I’ve previously been to Orlando, I haven’t visited Blizzard Beach as it’s winter when I normally go! Next year I’ll be heading over during the summer so I will be sure to be heading over to Blizzard Beach as Summit Plummet looks immense!

Typhoon Lagoon

Unlike a lot of water shoots, Crush ‘n’ Gusher is is not a single rider shoot! This time you can shoot down the 400 foot long tubes with a friend or 2! One of our customers said ‘Crush ”n” Gusher is BRILLIANT!!! So much fun! We both LOVE Typhoon Lagoon. It can be as mad or as relaxed as you like’. So it looks like Crush ‘n’ Gusher is a must when visiting Typhoon Lagoon!

The same goes for Typhoon Lagoon, being winter we didn’t really fancy a water park! But Crush ‘n’ Gusher is definitely gonna be my sort of ride! I’m not good with water so being with someone else on a water slide is ideal for me!

You can see a full list of most popular rides by visiting our Discover pages. Tomorrow I’ll take a look at Universal Orlando.

Disney Park Reviews In 2013

Hey Thrill Seekers,

Back in September 2013 we launched our #Discover pages not only to display information about our partners but also to display your reviews and votes for best attractions at each park.

With 2013 now in the past I thought it might be a good idea to display the end of year statistics for each park, at the end of 2014 we’ll be able to monitor how this has altered and how new introductions this year effect the votes.

The most popular location at the Disney parks was Expedition Everest at Animal Kingdom which got an impressive 55 votes, however Magic Kingdom was the most reviewed Disney park with 90 unique reviews.

In 2014 Magic Kingdom will introduce the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train ride and we’re expecting that to move quickly up the charts.
