Universal Orlando revealed its 2013 Mardi Gras concert line up yesterday to the usual mixed response, will such diverse acts as Pitball to Philip Phillips some fans find the mix hard to compute… Personally I love the diversity, it gives you the opportunity to see artists you generally wouldn’t go to see.

Mardi Gras is the annual event in Universal Studios Florida^® that recreates the feel of the famed New Orleans street party it includes a dazzling parade, colorful street performers, authentic Cajun food* and concerts from top recording acts.

Great music is a must for any party,

according to Universal Orlando;

and during Mardi Gras you’ll have the chance to see not one, but 14 top names from the worlds of pop, rock, country, hip hop and more live in concert at the Music Plaza stage Saturdays and select nights from February 9 – April 20.

Entry in to the concert is included with any paid admission ticket.
