On this blog we mention every time Orlando Attraction Tickets hits another 100 reviews via our partnership with trustpilot, this review system allows you, the customer,  to comment on the service you’ve received from us. Did you get your tickets quickly, were you happy with the price you paid? That sort of thing.

Although this information is great for allowing you to see our service levels it doesn’t really give you any information about the product itself.

So today I’m happy to announce the launch of the OAT review system.

How does it work?

14 days after your departure date you’ll receive an email from orlandoattractiontickets.co.uk welcoming you home from what we hope has been a wonderful holiday.

Within this email will be a link to our review system which is uniquely attached to your order. When you click on this link you will automatically be taken to a page which will list the parks your order gave you access too. We hope you’ll then take the time to rate these parks and perhaps comment on some of your favourites?

Why?

We believe that your comments and experiences can help people  select the correct tickets for them. Information like was the park suitable for your childrens age can potentially save future customers time and money.

The OAT review system is the latest part of our #ShareTheLove campaign which includes our rewards program. We hope you get involved or alternatively find the information left by our customer useful.
