Great news! Universal are in the process of producing a new night time show… today our friends in the U.S. confirmed
A new nighttime lagoon show is coming to Universal Studios Florida that will include new animation featuring characters from favourite Universal attractions, a new storyline, new music, [and new] lighting and special effects. It will take Universal’s Cinematic Spectacular: 100 Years of Movie Memories, which is now closed, to an entirely new level.
Sounds exciting, at the moment though we don’t have confirmation of a name, opening date or theme specifics so expect more details to follow.
What this does means is that the Cinematic Spectacular: 100 Years of Movie Memories show has stopped, there have been rumours that this would be ending but I understand some damage caused by Hurricane Irma pushed this schedule forward and deprived fans of a last goodbye.
Regularly visitors had mentioned that they believed the show did need freshening so perhaps this new show will raise levels even higher.
