Top 5 Questions Asked By Our Customers

Hey Thrill Seekers,

Part of my job at Orlando Attraction Tickets is to help customer’s with any questions or queries they may have. We offer a lot of ticket options and for some, picking the correct ticket bundle can appear pretty daunting.

That’s where our reservations, social and live chat team are here to help. Today though I thought it might be helpful if I posted about the top 5 questions I’m asked, I hope you find this useful.

1.  Do you offer real, gate ready tickets?

This is easily the most asked question we get here at OAT. The answer is yes. Kelly put together a video showing you exactly what your tickets will look like.

2. I have paid my balance off, how long does it take to dispatch my tickets?

Our standard, free UK delivery is despatched within 7 – 10 working days from the balance being paid. If you have purchased our Express Delivery Service, this will guarantee your tickets to be with you within 3 working days.

3. My Disney ticket has a date on the back, is this the expiry date?

The date printed on the back of your Disney ticket (pictured below) is the date that Disney printed those tickets and has nothing to do with the expiry of your ticket. Your Disney Tickets are activated on the first day of use.

4.  How much is a 1 day ticket to the parks?

Unfortunately we do not offer single day park tickets. This type of ticket is not generally for sale on UK websites. We offer 7, 14 and 21 day Disney tickets and all of our Universal and SeaWorld tickets are valid for 14 consecutive days.

5. Can I book my FastPass for Disney as soon as I have booked my tickets?

To begin booking FastPass options you’ll require your tickets. As soon as they are in your possession you can begin to link your tickets to your Disney account. FastPasses can be booked up to 30 days in advance or if you are staying in a Disney resort they can be booked up to 60 days in advance. You can read more about it here.
