Your Orlando Attraction Tickets Are Like Cash, Take Care Of Them!

Morning Thrill Seekers,

Here at Orlando Attraction Tickets the majority of the tickets we crown jewelssend are hard tickets, meaning they are usually made of cardboard, the culture of Theme Park tickets means that consumers have been taught that these are the best types of tickets to get…. this is debatable.

The problem with “hard tickets” compared to say E-Tickets is that if you lose your hard ticket it cannot be replaced. Unlike our gate ready SeaWorld E-Tickets where you can simply just print off another copy, “hard tickets” if lost are gone forever.

Today’s post is designed to help you take care of your “hard tickets”.

Keep them “safe”

Safe being the optimum word, if you have a safe at home keep them in it. Treat your tickets like the Crown Jewels, actually the Crown Jewels were once stolen so perhaps not the best example, but you get what I mean.

What we do

Before we send you your attraction tickets we generally document them, this includes taking a picture of the tickets to provide confirmation of what has been dispatched to you. If a ticket is lost some of our suppliers will allow a customer to present our documentation to their guest services where they may (suppliers discretion) reissue tickets.

What you can do

We strongly advise taking a picture yourself of the back of your attraction tickets. Although strictly speaking the suppliers require our own verification it has been known for customers to be able to present an image of their tickets at guest services and receive reissued tickets.

We also advise you to make a note of our contact details our service to you doesn’t end when you receive your tickets we are here to help as much as we can.

Remember hard tickets are the equivalent of cash, the only way to replace like for like is to purchase the tickets again! Look after them 🙂

regards,

Jamie
