One of the high! lights (see what I did there) of 2014 is set to be Falcons Fury at Busch Gardens Tampa. The face first drop ride is splitting families right down the middle… those who will and those who won’t ride this 335 ft beast!
For the past couple of weeks Busch Gardens has been running some media hard hat tours of Pantopia (formerly Timbuktu), the new land where Falcons Fury will be found. Today I’m able to show you a video sharing even more details about Pantopia and Falcons Fury.
So not only can we expect to ride (drop) Falcons Fury in Pantopia we can also expect a new live show called Night Critters featuring exotic pets and a few restaurants.
Some great facts to come out of the Hard Hat Tour were
- Falcons Fury will drop you at 60 mph.
- 32 riders in one drop.
- 1000 horse power generated to run it.
- 6000 bolts holding it together.
- A million plus pounds of Steel used in construction.
But the thing that stuck with me most was this
When your at the top of this you’re actually looking down of SheiKra and SheiKra looks small!
SheiKra looks SMALL…SheiKra… *GULP*
