tickets, we do this so that you don’t have to queue upon arrival at the parks and exchange vouchers for tickets.
What this does mean though is that your tickets are the equivalent of cash, you should look after them the same way you would money.
However what should you do if you lose your tickets while in Orlando?
Unlike a lot of other ticket companies we’re here to help even after you’ve received your tickets! We appreciate that losing your Orlando attraction tickets while on holiday is a moment of pure panic. So this is what you should do;
Firstly, if you’re at a theme park when you notice you’ve lost your tickets go directly to guest services, you never know someone may have handed them in. Also any replacement tickets offered are managed by guest services and on some occasions they may replace them immediately.
When you first receive your attraction tickets from us in the UK we advise you to take a photo copy of the backs (where the barcode is), We also try to take a copy of this.
Guest services may require proof that the tickets were your’s, showing the picture you took will act as proof, if you didn’t take a photo or our suppliers require further proof please contact our reservations department on 0845 226 8523 and we can check our records and forward you a copy. Please note that this process can take time and on rare occasions we may not be able to provide copies of your tickets.
