To celebrate the release of the upcoming The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, Universal is introducing a series of limited-time experiences across Super Nintendo World at both Universal Epic Universe in Orlando and Universal Studios Hollywood.
From a brand-new Yoshi meet and greet to exclusive merchandise and galaxy-inspired snacks, the celebration will give guests even more ways to power-up their visit to the Mushroom Kingdom.

Meet Yoshi at Super Nintendo World 🦖🍄
One of the biggest highlights of the celebration is the chance to meet one of the most beloved characters in the Mario universe — Yoshi.
For a limited time, guests visiting Super Nintendo World will be able to meet Yoshi in person and take photos with him, making it one of the most exciting character opportunities currently available at the land.
Character experiences have already proven hugely popular inside Super Nintendo World, particularly meet-and-greets with Mario, Luigi, Donkey Kong and Princess Peach.
Adding Yoshi to the line-up is expected to be a huge hit with guests — especially families visiting the parks for the first time.
The meet-and-greet will run for a limited period beginning on the 10th Match 2026.. also known as MAR10 Day, the annual celebration dedicated to Mario.
Exclusive Super Mario Galaxy Movie Merchandise⭐
Universal is also launching all-new merchandise inspired by the film, giving fans the chance to bring a piece of the galaxy home with them.
One of the most exciting new items is a set of interactive Luma shoulder pals, inspired by the adorable star-like companions that appear alongside Rosalina. These collectible accessories will be available in different colours and feature interactive light and sound effects. When two Luma pals are placed close together, they react to one another — making them a fun and interactive souvenir for visitors exploring the park together.

A blue velvet cupcake filled with blueberry cheesecake and topped with lemon buttercream, finished with a chocolate crown and star decoration.
Galaxy Popcorn

The celebration won’t just take place inside the parks.
Visitors exploring Universal CityWalk Orlando and Universal CityWalk Hollywood will also find special photo opportunities inspired by the film’s cosmic setting.
