Hey Thrill Seekers,
We obviously love Orlando, the weather, the people, the attractions!!! What’s not to like? So we were delighted to see the new 2016 TripAdvisor report for the best amusement parks in the World.
Florida dominated the top 10 with 5 entries, 3 of which claiming the 1st, 2nd and 3rd… Here’s how our favourite parks got on;
Universal Islands of Adventure
Took position number 1 as the best amusement park in the World. With rides like The Hulk, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey plus the all new Skull Island: Reign of Kong its safe to say the TripAdvisor users picked correctly!
Discovery Cove
My personal favourite, this tropical paradise took the number 2 slot offering the chance to swim with dolphins its no surprise its been ranked so highly. Even if you don’t swim with the dolphins, the whole day is the most relaxing day of your holiday plus you’ll get to take a snorkel selfie!!!
Magic Kingdom
Easily the most iconic of all the parks, Disney never do things by half and their flagship theme park took the number 3 position for best amusement park in the World.
Universal Studios
Can probably see these rising even further up the ranks next year. The additional of Diagon Alley has taken this park into a new stratosphere helping it to secure the number 5 spot.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
As with Universal Studios this park is only going to go from strength to strength, the confirmed building of a themed Star Wars Land will definitely see it climb this chart once opened. For now its probably pretty happy with position number 7.

- Busch Gardens Tampa which took position 16
