Our CEO Gavin Boswell posted an illuminating blog about why we decided to launch a new brand and why we picked Theme Park Tickets Direct. Today I thought I’d officially introduce the new brand and walk you through some of the unique parts of TPTD.
We wanted the site to be responsive on all devices, we believe the future of attraction tickets lies in mobile development and the new site has been design with this in mind.
Our designers always try to stay in touch with the trends of the day and a responsive flat design in very much in vogue hence why we’ve abandoned the old style curved images and included apple inspired flat imagery.
The homepage details our most popular tickets and we’ve added a handy pop up overlay that will help point out an additional extras included with the ticket.
The ticket pages themselves are now a lot more image rich with a large central image showing key features of the ticket. We believe theme parks offer a rich tapestry of excitement that pictures capture superbly.
