Before I go fully into this post and my colleagues out me I have something to confess… You know this “you had one job to do” meme thats been going around when someone makes a mistake!? Yeah well thats me…
I had one job to do in regards to our relationship with TrustPilot, TrustPilot are the independant company we use to gather our customers opinions of our Orlando Attraction Tickets, basically all I had to do was click a button so that our customers received an email from us asking for their opinion… Yeah I forgot to do that… I remembered last week and therefore some of you may have started to receive emails from us asking for your opinion. So there we have it, I’ve outed myself before my “friends” can.
So over the weekend Orlando Attraction Tickets hit 1000 independant reviews. Yeeey!!! By rights we should have hit this figure in February (if i’d remembered to do my job)…

Out of the 1018 (at writing) we’ve earnt a score of 9.6 out of 10… For the amount of moving pieces that go into getting our customers their tickets quickly we’re pretty proud of that score. We acknowledge we’re not perfect but we’re pretty close 🙂
