Hey Thrill Seekers,
Seems like we only announced it yesterday, time truly does fly but today is the last day for a while that visitors to Universal’s Islands of Adventure will be able to ride the Incredible Hulk Coaster.
As previously discussed Universal are preparing to refurbish one of Orlando’s most popular rides, when finished we can expect to see;
New Trains – Looks like Universal will be updating the Hulk’s trains the most sensational titbit is that the new trains may not have the over head restraints associated with the Hulk but a lap restraint made by B&M which would free up riders arms!… How long do you think you could wave your arms in the air?
Launch – The Hulk Coaster is renown for its fast launch start, the update is said to also involve updating the technology that provides that 0-40 mph boost.
Queue – We’re also hearing that a new queue experience will be on the cards. Perhaps with a totally new story.
This morning we posted the picture above to our facebook page here’s what they thought of the closure.
Here’s what people have said;
One things for sure, Universal need to get these enhancements done quickly! People LOVE the Hulk 🙂
