So Universal have recently launched a new ‘set of skills’ for Alexa which will provide information such as;
- Wait Times
- Show Times
- Park Hours
- Points of Interests (Restrooms, Restaurants, Guest Services, etc)
It is definitely the way forward for holiday planning, if you’re at home planning out your days and you can’t remember what time Volcano Bay closes then all you’ll have to do is ask Alexa ‘What time does Volcano Bay close on…..’
To enable the skill on Alexa, visit the skills section of your Alexa App or Amazon.com or say, “Alexa, open Universal.” Once enabled, Alexa will be ready to assist. All you have to do is say, “Alexa, open Universal” and you’ll have access.
